Pickin' for Peters!

A special fundraising event called "Pickin' for Peters" has been scheduled for Saturday, August 14, 2010 at Lynchburg Music Center in Lynchburg, Virginia. John Sines, Jr. will headline this event with a rare appearance by "THE COUNTRY ADJUSTMENT BAND".

Gary Peters, who plays guitar for John, was injuried and lost two fingers during an accident with a table saw. Gary has performed music in the Lynchburg area all his life and has performed with local favorites, Burning Embers, Dixie Daze, Denim & Lace and EZ Street. He currently lives in Rustburg, Virginia with his wife Sandra.

John Sines Jr's guitarist injured!

On Wednesday, April 28, 2010, Gary Peters, who plays guitar for John Sines, Jr. was remodeling his kitchen when he had an accident with a table saw. Gary's middle finger and pointer finger on his left hand were removed along with damage to his thumb. He is currently in surgery at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. John Sines, Jr. and the entire OMAR Records family is sadden by this recent event and ask that you lift the Peters family up to the Lord in prayer during this difficult time!

Help for Haiti

In an effort to help the victims of the horrible earthquake tragedy in Port Au Prince, Haiti, I am are asking you to help me raise funds towards those affected by the disaster.

Inspirational Country Concert - Scheduled!

The Inspirational Country Concert at E.C. Glass Auditorium has been scheduled for Saturday - May 22, 2010 at 6:00 PM.

All pre-ordered VIP tickets, along with advance tickets from the postponed concert on December 18, 2009 will be honored at the door! Children 12 and under will be charged $5.00 with proceeds to benefit the United States Marine Corp's Toys for Tots program.
